Q: When can I pick up the uniform that I ordered online?

All items bought online are processed by our parent volunteers as soon as possible and usually within 2-3 business days. 

Q: What if my size is not available?

Should your child need a bespoke uniform or if you do not find your child's uniform size available, we would be happy to order a bespoke uniform for your child. This typically takes around 13 weeks. Please contact us at if you wish to do so.

Q: What are the delivery options? 

For families with students in Primary School, we can deliver your order straight to your child's classroom and they can bring it home to you. Secondary School students must pick up online orders at the main reception. The SS assistant will notify them that they have an order for pick up.

Q: When does the hkaShop open? 

Opening hours for the 2016-17 school year are:
Monday, Tuesday 2-4pm
Wednesday 11-1pm
Thursday, Friday 8-10am
The hkaShop is generally closed when classes are not in session. If you need to visit the shop during off-hours, please contact to make alternative arrangements.

Q:  What if I have an idea for a product for the hkaShop?

Q: What is the ECO-FIT?  

EcoFit™ fabric is constructed by interweaving recycled P.E.T. yarn with bamboo charcoal treated polyester yarn to form a 50:50 fabric mix. Plastic bottles are melted and formed into small plastic chips, which are then turned into long strands of yarn. Each EcoFit™ shirt produced contains approximately six 500ml bottles. HkA estimates nearly 10,000 plastic bottles will be kept out of landfills annually due to environmentally sustainable uniform purchasing school wide.  

Q: What is HKA's return policy? 

We will accept all return/exchange requests received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed) with tags still attached and a copy of the sales receipt must be presented in order to receive the refund or exchange the product for another size. 

Q: How do I process my return?  

If you need to exchange or refund an item purchased, please bring the item in original (unworn and unwashed) condition with tags still attached along with the valid sales receipt within 30 days of purchase.  

Q: Why was my order canceled?  

All orders are subject to credit card authorisation and verification prior to processing to ensure proper billing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. If we are not able to verify your billing information, or the item you are requesting is currently out of stock,  then your order will be cancelled. Please make sure the billing information you have provided exactly matches the information on record with your credit card issuing bank.
