For this course, we focus on basic gymnastic skills which will help to develop each child's sense of co-ordination, balance, and flexibility. The types of exercises we focus on include cartwheels, handstands and a range of rolls. These exercises require the lifting, control and support of the child’s own body weight. Strength and flexibility training is a major focus, as well as eye-hand and eye-foot coordination in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
