Multi Activity Programme (Ages 6-8)


The multi-sports program is designed for ages 6-8, with the goal of improving your children endurance, coordination, and develop their large muscle groups. A variety of activities will be used to achieve this objective. They include stretching exercises; resistance band training, ball pitching, agility obstacle course, rope jumping, boxing moves and batting.

Intellectual Athletics 

This program is designed to help students improve their logical and analytical reasoning. There are 3 components in this program:

  1. Number challenges
  2. Visual puzzles
  3. International chess

They help develop and exercise different aspects of a student’s non-linear thinking process. Upon completing this program, the student should be more confident in his/her problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

Programme details:    

  • Full Day Programme includes hkaEats lunch. Our school chef will send a form to learn about each student's food restrictions and/or preferences

  • Programme is 100% in English

  • Single sessions are available 

Dates: 19th June - 23rd June / 26th June - 30th June / 17th July - 21st July / 24th July - 28th July / 31st July - 4th August / 7th August - 11th August 

Ages: 6-8  

Length: Morning 9am - 12pm, Afternoon 12pm-3pm & Full Day 9am - 3pm.

All programmes are conducted in English and in alignment with our Child Protection Guidelines.
